A: Mike's Handyman & Contracting Services is a full service repair and maintenance company. We specialize in small to medium sized jobs that every home owner has on their To-Do list. Q: Are you a handyman or contractor?
A: Both! We have the wide range of skills needed to cover any type of handyman job yet also have the tools and know-how to tackle the larger jobs. Such as building a shed or deck or a complete bath, kitchen or basement renotation. Q: Ok, so who's the guy showing up at my door?
A: Mike is courteous and reliable and the only person in this company. A loboror may accompany if needed. Q: Sounds great! How do I make an appointment?

Q: How do you charge?
A: We charge by the hour. If your job requires unskilled labor to accompany the usual skilled technician then the unskilled labor is billed at a lower rate. This allows us to give you the best value for your money. Q: Do you give estimates?
A: Unfortunately, not as a general rule. The type of service that we offer makes it difficult to give accurate estimates on most jobs. However, we can generally look back in our archives and give you a general idea of how much a similar job cost in the past. Q: How do I pay you?
A: There are several ways, depending on your preference and the size of the job. Most small jobs are paid at the time of completion. For these you can pay by cash, check or Visa/Master Card. If you give us your email address you can also pay on-line through our secure payment system via credit card or Pay Pal. Q: Why do you need my email address?
A: This is only used for on-line billing and payments. We send you your login information via email. Rest assured, no one hates spammers more than us. Your email address will not be given to anyone else for any reason.
